I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist in Maine and Florida, certified as a National Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider and a presenter for employee assistance programs and private companies. My practice centers around working with clients not only to manage symptoms that interfere with daily life but to introduce various techniques such as skill building, conflict resolution and problem solving to allow for client self empowerment and growth. I specialize in life transitions, goal setting, end of life issues/grief and modalities as needed for the unique needs of clients in creating balance in the second half of life.
